“Every Child in Gaza Is an Enemy,” Says Israeli MK

Occupied Palestine (Quds News Network)- Former Israeli Knesset member Moshe Feiglin declared that “every child in Gaza is an enemy,” calling for Israel to “conquer and settle” the Palestinian territory.

In an interview with channel 14, Feiglin said: “Every child, every baby in Gaza is an enemy.”

Feiglin added: “Every child in Gaza is the enemy. We need to conquer Gaza and settle it, and not leave a single Gazan child there. There is no other kind of victory.”

“Every child, every baby in Gaza – is the enemy. The enemy is not Hamas.”

In 2023, Feiglin made similar racist remarks, saying Gaza should also be “completely destroyed”, stating that the besieged territory should suffer the same fate as the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, as well as the German city of Dresden during World War II.

“There is one and only solution, which is to completely destroy Gaza before invading it. I mean destruction like what happened in Dresden and Hiroshima, without nuclear weapons.”

He further said: “I don’t recall Biden or his predecessors provided safe passageways for the residents of Hiroshima and Nagasaki,” in what appeared to be a reference to international calls for a humanitarian ceasefire.

His remarks came in response to a statement by Israeli opposition leader Yair Golan, who called Israel a “pariah state” and accused it of killing children in Gaza “as a hobby.”
“Israel is on the way to becoming a pariah state, like South Africa was, if we don’t return to acting like a sane country,” Golan said in an interview with the Kan public broadcaster on Tuesday.

“And a sane country does not fight against civilians, does not kill children as a hobby, and does not give itself the aim of expelling populations,” he added.

“This government is full of vengeful types with no morals and no ability to run a country in a time of crisis. This endangers our existence.”

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu described Golan’s statements as “blood libel” and a “wild incitement.”

“I vehemently condemn the wild incitement from Yair Golan against our heroic soldiers and against the State of Israel,” Netanyahu said in a statement, alleging that the Israeli army “is the most moral army in the world.”

Since the start of the assault on Gaza in October 2023, Israeli forces have killed over 53,500 Palestinians, most of them women and children.

The International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants for Netanyahu and his former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza. Israel also faces a genocide case at the International Court of Justice for its war on the enclave.
