Escalation expected as mediation limit given by Gaza resistance expires

Gaza (QNN)- The limit given by resistance factions to mediators, who have been working on understandings between the resistance and the occupation state, will expire on Monday evening, a factions source told QNN. The factions will not extend the limit, the source added.
“The ball is now is in the mediators’ court”, the source, which spoke to QNN on condition of anonymity, said. “They should put pressure on the occupation to fulfill what has been agreed on… Our fingers are on the triggers and the ball is in the court of the mediators and the occupation [state].”
The source added that an agreement has been reached ten days ago. ‘Israel’ pledged to the mediators that it will fulfill the agreement, however, it has not.
The agreement included the disbursement of Qatar’s grant and fulfill commitments related to the importation and exportation of goods. It also includes other Israeli commitments related to Gaza’s fishermen.
The source stressed that “if the enemy does not comply, and the mediators could not pressure it, the area will see an escalation using volatile popular forms.”
Resistance factions will hold an urgent meeting on Monday to discuss the possible forms of escalation in response to the Israeli ongoing restrictions on the besieged enclave.
