Electoral College confirms Biden win

Washington (QNN)- The Electoral College, the body that constitutionally determines election winners, confirmed Joe Biden as the winner of the presidential election Monday.
The presidential electors gave Biden a solid majority of 306 electoral votes to Trump’s 232.
Biden condemned President Trump’s attempts to overturn the result and said the “will of the people prevailed”.
“Once again in America, the rule of law, our Constitution, and the will of the people have prevailed. Our democracy — pushed, tested, threatened — proved to be resilient, true, and strong,” Biden said in a speech after announcement.
