Elderly Palestinian man dies after inhaling tear gas fired during Israeli military raid on Qalandia refugee camp

Occupied Jerusalem (QNN)- Elderly Palestinian man died on Monday night after inhaling tear gas fired by Israeli occupation forces during a military raid earlier that day on Qalandia refugee camp, north of the Occupied Jerusalem.
The Palestinian man, identified as 57-year-old Fahmy Hamad, from Qalandia refugee camp, died a few hours later from inhaling tear gas fired intensively by the Israeli occupation forces during the raid on the camp earlier in the day.
Earlier on Monday, the Israeli occupation soldiers raided the Qalandia refugee camp and closed Qalandia checkpoint in both directions.

They prevented the Palestinians and vehicles from passing through the checkpoint, causing a traffic jam.
The forces assaulted the residents and fired tear gas canisters and rubber-coated metal bullets intensively towards the Palestinians, injuring six youths.
They also arrested another youth after brutally beating him.
