Dozens of innocent civilians, including children, massacred as Israeli genocide in Gaza enters day 78 

Gaza (QNN) – Dozens of innocent civilians, most of them children and women, were brutally massacred over the last few hours as a result of indiscriminate Israeli airstrikes across the Gaza Strip, as the Israeli genocide campaign enters its 78th day.

Many of the victims are still missing under the rubble, according to local and medical sources.

The latest hours saw Israeli warplanes target two houses in Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip, resulting in two deaths and dozens of injuries.

Fighter jets also attacked a residential apartment in Nusseirat refugee camp in central Gaza, killing several people and wounding others.

While the occupation forces continue to prevent ambulances from reaching various areas in Gaza City, the bodies of the dead remain in the streets and buildings and the injured remain unattended to, media and local reports have confirmed.

The invading Israeli forces surrounded the Red Crescent ambulance service in Gaza City and arrested eight of its staff, amid continued bulldozing of a street near the Indonesian Hospital, while trying to advance into Tal al-Zaatar, north of Gaza, the Palestinian Red Crescent Society said in a press statement.

The occupation artillery also launched violent shelling targeting the eastern areas of the city of Rafah, and in various parts of the city of Khan Yunis in the south of the Gaza Strip.

Israeli warplanes also launched a series of violent raids on the al-Mughraqa and al-Zahraa areas in central Gaza, and the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood north of Gaza City.

More than 20,000 people have been killed, most of them children and women, and over 56,000 injured in the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip which started on October 7.
