A man who dedicated his life to Palestine and sacrificed his soul for Allah on the path to its liberation, fulfilling Allah’s promise, and was chosen as a martyr among his fellow martyrs,” Hamas said in a statement on Friday.
“We mourn the great national leader, the martyr Yahya Sinwar (Abu Ibrahim), Head of the Political Bureau of Hamas and Commander of the Al-Aqsa Flood Battle.”
“He ascended as a heroic martyr, facing the occupation forces at the forefront, wielding his weapon, moving through all combat sites, steadfast and resolute on the blessed land of Gaza, defending Palestine and its sanctities. He inspired resilience, patience, and the spirit of resistance.”
