Gaza (Quds News Network)- Over 22 people were killed in an Israeli airstrike targeting a residential building sheltering a displaced family near the Kamal Adwan Hospital in Beit Lahiya in northern Gaza on Tuesday night.
At 11:30 pm, local sources reported that the three-story residential building sheltering the Abu al-Tarabish family was targeted, killing at least 22 people, including children, and injuring dozens. Many others are still missing under the rubble.
The targeted structure was reduced to ruins during the attack.

Rescue teams are continuing efforts to locate survivors amid the debris, but the scale of destruction has hampered operation.
The bombing is part of ongoing Israeli escalations in the Gaza Strip, particularly north Gaza which has been under relentless Israeli assaults and siege since October 5. The Israeli military has been implementing the “Generals’ Plan,” which involves ethnically cleansing the area of its Palestinian population.
Israeli forces have committed more than 7,160 massacres in the Gaza Strip since October 2023, wiping out at least 1,410 Palestinian families from the civil registry, the Palestinian health ministry said late last month.
The ministry added that an additional 3,463 families lost all members except one, while 2,287 families were massacred but had more than one survivor. According to the ministry, the data is accurate as of 1 November 2024.
