Day 432 of Israel’s Gaza Genocide: Homes Bombed, Dozens Killed, People Starving, Families Displaced

Gaza (Quds News Network)- According to medical sources, at least 50 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli air strikes across the Gaza Strip since the early hours of the day.

The documented Palestinian death toll has now reached 44,805 people killed and 106,257 others injured since October 7, 2023, according to the Health Ministry in Gaza.

Health officials report that 70 percent of the victims are women and children.

Many victims are still missing, either trapped under the rubble or lying in the streets, while rescue and civil defense teams are unable to reach them.

Homes Bombed, Dozens Killed

At 11:30 pm on Tuesday, local sources reported that a three-story residential building sheltering the Abu al-Tarabish family near the Kamal Adwan Hospital in northern Gaza was targeted, killing at least 22 people, including children, and injuring dozens. Many others are still missing under the rubble. The targeted structure was reduced to ruins during the attack.

Rescue teams are continuing efforts to locate survivors amid the debris, but the scale of destruction has hampered operation.

Sources said the Israeli military used booby-trapped robots to target and bomb inhabited homes near Kamal Adwan Hospital.

Residents added that last night was one of the most difficult nights in northern Gaza, as occupation forces target, demolish, and burn residential areas.

The Director of Kamal Adwan Hospital, Hussam Abu Safiya, described the situation in the area as “catastrophic” and “deteriorating.”

In a statement issued on Wednesday, Abu Safiya said the Israeli bombings early in the day caused significant damage to the hospital, disrupting critical systems, including the water and oxygen networks.

Journalist Eman Hatem Al-Shanti, her husband, and her three children were killed in an Israeli airstrike on the Al-Malash building in the Sheikh Radwan area, north of Gaza City. At least three more Palestinians were killed in the attack.

Gaza’s Civil Defence confirmed that an Israeli air strike near Kamal Adwan Hospital killed a mother and her two children.

More houses were attacked in central Gaza, including in Al-Nuseirat and Al-Bureij camps.

People Starving

Humanitarian aid to north Gaza, where Israel launched a ground offensive on Oct. 5, has largely been blocked for the past 66 days, the United Nations confirmed Tuesday. That has left between 65,000 and 75,000 Palestinians without access to food, water, electricity or health care, according to the world body.

In the north, Israel has continued its siege on Beit Lahiya, Beit Hanoun and Jabaliya with Palestinians living there largely denied aid, the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, known as OCHA, said.

Faced with major food shortages after nearly 14 months of war, people in southern Gaza describe long days hunting for flour or bread. Every morning, crowds form outside the few bakeries open there, as people desperately hope to secure a little food.

Flour mills, warehouses storing flour and industrial bakeries are unable to function because they have been so heavily damaged by strikes. Humanitarian aid is trickling in but aid groups have repeatedly complained that Israel places many constraints on them. The price of the available food has skyrocketed.

Families Displaced

On Wednesday morning, the Israeli military issued evacuation orders to residents of five blocks in the Al-Maghazi refugee camp in central Gaza. People were reportedly heard saying, “Where should we go?” and “There is no safe place,” as Israel continues its attacks on Gaza’s so-called “safe zone”.

Minutes later, the Israeli military began intensively bombing the targeted area with artillery shells. A youth was reportedly killed by fire from an Israeli quadcopter.”
