Breaking| One citizen killed, dozens wounded by Israeli troops in Beita
Occupied Nablus (QNN)- One young man has been killed while dozens were wounded in an Israeli shooting at protesters in Beita in occupied Nablus. The victim has been identified as Jameel Abu Ayyash.
The Red Crescent said that its crews have dealt with 68 injuries in Sabih mountain in the village. One young man succumbed to a serious injury in his head.
Israeli troops had closed all roads to the village, preventing medical crews from reaching those wounded. This pushed paramedics to walk for one kilometer, carrying wounded protesters in order to reach ambulances.
Abu Ayyash is the ninth protester, who got shot dead by Israeli forces in Beita’s protests this year. The village has been seeing weekly peaceful protests against a settlement outpost on Sabih mountain, a part of Beita, which has been confiscated by the occupation state.
