BREAKING| Muna El Kurd released following hours of detention
Occupied Jerusalem (QNN)- Israeli authorities have released the Sheikh Jarrah activist Muna El Kurd. No information about her brother Mohammad is available so far.
Muna was arrested this morning after breaking into her house in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood. He brother Mohammad was on the hunt before being arrested. The activists Zuheir Rajabi and another resident of Silwan were arrested as well.
According to the lawyer Naser Oudeh, Israeli police arrested the four activists over their activism in the neighborhood, especially the recent Marathon, which aimed at raising awareness of the Israeli forced expulsions.
