Breaking| Hamas: We are considering escalation as Gaza siege continues

Gaza (QNN)- Hamas is considering escalation against the occupation, which continues to impose its siege on the strip and delay reconstruction efforts, Al Jazeera cited a Hamas leader.

The leader, whose identity remained unknown, added that the Israeli attacks on Al Aqsa mosque and detainees in Israeli prisons would explode the situation again, noting that the resistance “will not allow the current situation to continue and the next stage will prove that.”

“We express our strong dissatisfaction with the behaviour of the Egyptian mediator and his reluctance to fulfil his promises towards Gaza”, he added. “Egypt has not fulfilled its commitments, which it promised Hamas and the factions to fulfill in order to start the reconstruction effort.”

He also noted that Egypt continues to prevent thousands of Gazans from travel without any reasonable reasons.
