Bennett penalizes Gantz over meeting with Abbas

Occupied Palestine (QNN)- Israeli Prime Minister, Neftali Bennett, prevented the Israeli minister of war, Benny Gantz, from holding a speech on Iran on Tuesday. The prevention comes as a penalty after Gantz had met with the PA’s President Mahmoud Abbas on Monday, where he promised him of a series of facilitations in the West Bank.

Palestinian factions had condemned the meeting and described it as a betrayal and “a stab in the back of the Palestinian people”. They also stressed that the Israeli facilitations are nothing but a cover to settlement projects.

Gantz had said that ‘Israel’ will work on strengthening the Palestinian Authority.
