Armed female and children settlers break into tourist destination in occupied West Bank

Nablus (QNN)- Dozens of Jewish female and children armed settlers broke into Masoudiyha village in Nablus on last Monday to conduct military training under protection of the Israeli army.

WAFA quoted Ghassan Daghlas, who is responsible for settlement affairs in the north of occupied West Bank, saying that dozens of settlers broke into the village and conducted military training under IOF protection.

Al Masoudiya is a tourism destination, which usually attracts Palestinians. It is also an archaeological site, which was the anchor point between the cities of Palestine and Jordan on the other side of the Jordan river before the creation of ‘Israel’. It still has some structures, which were used during the Ottoman period to transport passengers, as the village was a main station for the Hijaz railway at the time.
