Gaza (Quds News Network)- A zionist American businessman, Moti Kahana, is pitching a $200 million plan to deploy US mercenary to the Gaza Strip, according to reports from Drop Site News. The proposal, which Kahana claims is under consideration by the Israeli government, would establish “gated communities” controlled by private mercenaries in Gaza.
Kahana, the CEO of Global Delivery Company (GDC), describes his firm as the “Uber for war zones.” His proposal involves deploying well-trained operatives from US security companies, including Constellis, a successor to the infamous Blackwater, to manage these gated zones. The plan has reportedly been discussed with top Israeli officials, including the Ministry of Defense and the Israeli army. Netanyahu is said to have agreed to examine the idea, and Israel’s security cabinet may soon approve a pilot program.
The American mercenary will be using humanitarian aid as a justification to rule the strip.
Kahana’s plan includes biometric screenings for Palestinians in these gated communities, with humanitarian aid distribution contingent on passing these tests. He envisions a future where the private security forces could maintain order, while allowing Palestinians to come and go freely under the oversight of local leadership.
Kahana has been vocal about his ambitions, frequently posting on social media about his company’s involvement in humanitarian operations. He has also claimed that the U.S. government could potentially bankroll the $200 million operation for a six-month period.
Israeli journalist Shlomi Eldar had reported that Israel and the United States are planning a joint ‘pilot program’ in Al-Atatra neighborhood of Beit Hanoun, northern Gaza. The details of the program are similar to what Drop Site News revealed.
According to Eldar, the program, which is seen as an attempt to occupy parts of Gaza by the Israeli and American armies, involving around 1,000 US mercenary, most of whom are former CIA operatives, aims to create a ‘security zone’ in the neighborhood. Residents will allegedly be allowed to return and rebuild their homes and public infrastructure under the supervision of an unnamed ‘local sheikh’, who will serve as a “council leader”, the Israeli journalist claimed.
