After over days of hunt down… Israeli army detains resistance fighter
Ramallah (QNN)- The Israeli Shin Bet announced that it has detained the resistance fighter, who performed an operation at Za’tara military checkpoint last Sunday.
A statement by the Shin Bet said that it has detained the performer of the resistance operation at Za’tara military checkpoint. He was detained inside an empty building in the town of Silwad in Ramallah.
Israeli media reported that the fighter is Muntaser Shalabi (44 years old) from Turmus’ayya, He does not belong to any of the resistance factions.
The reporter of YNet nyes said that Shalabi has been slightly wounded. He moved between different places before he was arrested.
Shalabi had opened fire at colonial settlers near Za’tara military checkpoint, wounding three of them. The Israeli authorities announced on Wednesday that one of the three settlers died.
