Israeli media: Israeli soldier wounded in exchange of fire with Jordanian soldiers

Occupied Palestine (QNN)- Israeli Maariv newspaper revealed that an Israeli soldier had been wounded during an exchange of fire on the border between occupied Palestine and Jordan last Friday.

The newspaper reported that the exchange of fire was due to an error of judgement, adding that the Israeli soldiers heard people speaking in Arabic, which pushed them to call their command post, who in turn gave them the authorization to arrest those who were speaking in Arabic.

It added that the Israeli soldiers tried to arrest the Jordanian soldiers and shot in the air. the Jordanian soldiers responded opening fire directly at them at close range.
