Occupied Nablus (QNN)- Three illegal settlers have been wounded on Sunday in a resistance operation at Za’tara military checkpoint in southern occupied Nablus.
Israeli media reported that the operation resulted in three injuries, including two critical and too critical injuries and one medium injury.
They also reported that all three injuries are for illegal settlers. One of them has been critically wounded in his head.
The resistance members, who carried out the operation, have not been detained.
The Israeli army claimed that its soldiers opened fire at the attackers before they have left.
The operation comes amid tension caused by the Israeli increasing raids into the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem. Israeli forces carry out daily arrest and eviction campaigns against native Palestinians. The EuroMed Rights watchdog reported on Sunday that the occupation state demolished 31 houses and 27 structures this year. Meanwhile, it approved the construction of 4982 settlement units during the same period.
The Israeli occupation army on Sunday shot a 60-year-old Palestinian woman, injuring her, at a junction outside the illegal settlement bloc of Gush Etzion, south of Bethlehem in the occupied West Bank.
