Hebron (QNN)- Israeli forces opened fire at Haroun Abu Iram in southern Hebron on Friday, causing him quadriplegia.
The Ministry of Health said Haroun Rasmi Abu Iram (24 years old) was shot in his neck at point-blank range in Masafer Yatta in southern Hebron. He was immediately taken to Yatta’s Public hospital where doctors described his wound as critical.
The Ministry added that Israeli bullets hit Abu Iram’s backbone, causing him to be quadriplegic.
Abu Iram and his family were trying to prevent Israeli soldiers from stealing a generator, which was their only source of income, before Israeli soldiers shot at Haroun at point-blank range.
