6 Palestinians wounded in Israeli raid into Qalqilya
Occupied West Bank (QNN)- Israeli forces wounded 6 Palestinians Saturday during violent confrontations in Azzun in eastern Qalqilya.
Local sources said that Israeli forces shot Naji Mufid Ridwan (25 years old) in his abdomen. Locals have immediately evacuated Ridwan to Darwish Nazzal hospital to get treatment.
Israeli forces also randomly threw tear gas at locals houses in Izariyyeh in occupied Jerusalem, suffocating five native Palestinians.
Local sources also reported that one Israeli soldier was wounded by a stone during the confrontations in Azzun. Israeli forces closed shops along the main road of the village.
Israeli forces carry out daily raids in Palestinian areas as a part of its apartheid policy against Palestinians, aiming at pushing them to leave and facilitate settlers’ expanding throughout occupied West Bank and Jerusalem.
