Israeli forces injure 9 Palestinians, arrest 3 others while demolishing Karama family home in Jerusalem

Occupied Jerusalem (QNN)- Israeli occupation forces on Tuesday injured nine Palestinians and arrested three others during the demolition of the home of Palestinian family of Karama in Al-Tur neighborhood, east of the occupied city of Jerusalem.

The Red Crescent reported that its crews witnessed nine injuries by rubber-coated metal bullets fired by the Israeli occupation soldiers intensively towards the Palestinian residents, stating that they treated three people on-site and transferred three others to hospital.

Local sources also said the occupation soldiers arrested three others after brutally assaulting and bearing them.

The forces also attacked several journalists while they were covering the demolition of the Karama family home and documenting the soldiers’ attacks on the Palestinians, including women and childre.

Earlier today, the Israeli occupation forces demolished the home of Karama family, shortly after forcibly emptied it and displaced the residents in the al-Tur neighborhood.

Two families, consisting of 10 people, were living in the home. They said they have never received a demolition order for the house or an eviction order, as the Israeli soldiers suddenly surrounded the home and forcibly started emptying their home and displacing the residents.
