‘Israel’ continues to isolate three Palestinian female prisoners
Occupied Palestine (QNN)- The Palestinian Prisoners Information Office said on Wednesday that Israeli Prison Service (IPS) is still holding three Palestinian female prisoners in solitary confinement at Damon prison.
The Palestinian Prisoners Information Office said that the IPS is still holding three Palestinian female prisoners in solitary confinement at Damon prison.
The three Palestinian female prisoners are Shorouq Dweiat, Mona Qa’dan, and Marah Bakier.
The three female prisoners had been assaulted and severely beaten by the IPS.
The Prisoners Office also said the IPS cut the power off, removed Hijabs of hijabi detainees, and used tear gas against the detainees. It also denied them visitations and prevented them from using the prison canteen. The detainees returned their meals and knocked on the cells’ doors in protest against the Israeli repression.
The Prisoners Office added that the IPS hasn’t returned the three female prisoners to their cells at the Damon prison.
Therefore, amid the continuous crackdown on the female prisoners, all the prisoners in Israeli jails will announce today a series of escalation measures.
The prisoners will demand to release Palestinian hunger-striking prisoner Hesham Abu Hawwash, stop crackdown against detainees in Nafha prison and stop repression of female detainees in Damon prison.
