104 Palestinians killed by earthquake in Syria and Turkey
Occupied Palestine (QNN)- 104 Palestinians have been killed by the magnitude 7.8 earthquake and its aftershocks that struck the southeastern region of Turkey along the border with Syria on February 6.
The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said today that 53 Palestinians have been killed in the major earthquake that struck Turkey while 51 in Syria.
The death toll from the Turkey-Syria earthquakes has crossed 41,000.
Turkish authorities say 35,418 people have been killed in the country. The Syrian government and the UN say more than 5,800 people died in Syria.
