Occupied Palestine (QNN)- Israeli Kan channel reported on Sunday that Israel’s state prosecutor will offer one of Dawabsheh family murderers a deal.
The Israeli channel added that the indictment charges will include only committing arson of the house of Dawabsheh family and it will not include any charges related to the murder of the family members.
Israel’s state prosecutor will demand five-years sentence only against the extremist settler. The Israeli court also refused to accept confessions made by the murderer under the pretext of being obtained under torture. The killer has confessed that he intentionally murdered the members of Dawabsheh family.
On the dawn of July 31st, 2015 extremist settlers attacked the house of Dawabsheh family in the West Bank city Nablus, setting fire to the house of Saad Dawabsheh (32 years old), which caused him to burn with his wife Riham (27 years old) and their infant Ali (18 months old) to death, while their son Ahmad (4 years old), the only survivor of the crime, was severely burnt.
