Occupied Jerusalem (QNN)- Israeli police evicted today dozens of Muslim worshipers from the Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied Jerusalem, allowing hundreds of Jewish fanatics to storm the holy mosque and carry out provocative tours to celebrate the Jewish holiday of Sukkot.
The Department of Islamic Awqaf in occupied Jerusalem stated that raids by Jewish extremists have started at 7:00 am today.
Local sources said that over 500 settlers broke into Al Aqsa, while thousands others performed rituals in front of the Buraq wall to celebrate Jewish Sukkot.
Israeli right-wing groups have been calling for mass raids into the mosque to celebrate the seventh day of Sukkot today.
The Department of Islamic Waqf in occupied Jerusalem said that over 2700 Jewish extremists have stormed the Al Aqsa mosque since the beginning of Sukkot last Thursday.
